Application Support Analyst
Location: London | Chichester | Remote
We’re looking to expand our Service Desk Team, who are responsible for providing application support to our clients.
Service Desk triage and resolution
Supporting software deployments
Development of knowledge base procedures and documentation.
Optional skills and experience
At least 2 years’ experience of Software Support or similar
Ability to work to client Service Level Agreements
