Application Support Analyst

 
 
 

Location: London | Chichester | Remote

We’re looking to expand our Service Desk Team, who are responsible for providing application support to our clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Service Desk triage and resolution

  • Software troubleshooting

  • Software testing

  • Supporting software deployments

  • Development of knowledge base procedures and documentation.

  • Drupal

  • MySQL

 

Optional skills and experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience of Software Support or similar

  • Ability to work to client Service Level Agreements
