Location: London | Chichester

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to come and join us as we take the business to the next level.

As a Business Development Executive at Unipro you will be responsible for generating and converting a consistent new business pipeline into sales opportunities. You will be cross-selling Unipro’s capability as you network with new clients. You will partner with the Head of Marketing and Sales to deliver an integrated vision to drive sales and growth

The role is based in Chichester, West Sussex or Tower Bridge, London.  Frequent travel will be required to other agency-based offices, predominantly in Chichester and London, and to client offices.

 

Responsibilities

Inbound

  • Qualify inbound opportunities with Head of Sales and Marketing

  • Create bespoke collateral for RFI, RFQ, RFP submissions e.g. credential decks, presentation decks etc..

Outbound

  • Set-up meetings with prospective customers to introduce Unipro’ s offer

  • Manage a sustained CRM and contact strategy for new prospects and existing/lapsed clients, including sourcing all database contacts, implementing targeted activities (e.g. mailers)

  • Attend industry and networking events to develop new prospects

  • Identify opportunistic leads through regular monitoring of press and other resources

  • Reignite lapsed clients

  • Generate ideas and messaging for door-openers to target clients, lapsed clients and client leads

Sales, Marketing & PR

  • Manage CRM contacts

  • Track & report regularly new business activity to Management Team

  • Co-ordinate with Marketing & Events team on all sales driving initiatives (mailers, speaking opportunities, etc…)

 

About you

  • Experience working in a new business development role, in a relevant sector (e.g. branding/design/digital/ecommerce/innovation).

  • Experienced in client management and development

  • Proven track record of new business wins and increasing revenue growth

  • Ability to generate new ideas and content as door-openers

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Highly organised and detailed orientated

  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and other presentation formats
